'Jack Knifed' Tractor Trailer Blocks Interstate Traffic (PHOTOS)

HazMat teams were called in to address a hydraulic fluid leak.

Maryland State Police and Baltimore County firefighters Friday continue to work to clean-up a tractor-trailer accident on the outer loop of the Baltimore Beltway near Towson.

The 18-wheeler jack knifed in the right lane of Interstate 695 westbound near the Charles Street Bridge at about 11:41 a.m., according to state police.

Hazardous material teams were called in to address a hydraulic fluid leak.

Only the fast lane remained opened as of 12:50 p.m.

The condition of the driver is not known.
