Lutherville-Timonium Crime: Neighbor Arrested for Stealing Photographs
The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.
Quaker Ridge Road, 300 block, between 12:01 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Feb. 23. A man was arrested for allegedly stealing photographs from his neighbor. Robert Ignatius Sinnott, 67, was charged with two counts of burglary in the first degree after using a key to enter his neighbor’s home while she was not there. The neighbor, additionally, has filed for a restraining order against Sinnott who under court order shall not: abuse, contact, enter her home or go near her work place, online court records show.
Sinnott was held overnight at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $15,000 bond. He has since been released after posting bail in cash.

Happy Hollow Road, 12200 block, between 8 a.m. on Feb. 16 and 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 21. It is currently unknown if anything was stolen in an apparent burglary attempt. The burglar forced his/her way inside by damaging the side door.
