There was one priority on the minds of Perry Hall High School parents Monday afternoon: reuniting with their children.
Perry Hall teachers and police ushered students away from the building and into buses or into the arms of parents.

Kristain Wilkinson, a mother of two Perry Hall High School students, said she couldn't believe that something like this could happen at such a prestigious high school.
"It's just been a terror until I saw my son's face," Wilkinson said, on her child's first day in high school. "I pray for the people who were injured and I pray that God helps that child's soul who did this."
