PHOTO: Dulaney Alum Turned Actor Returns to Alma Mater

Kevin Kilner spoke to the high school's drama students about acting, theatre and music on behalf of Center Stage's community education relations department.

Actor Kevin Kilner's credits include an impressive list of television and film appearances including recurring roles in One Tree Hill, Greek and Earth: Final Conflict—a career that dates back to 1989, with the role of "Steve" in The Cosby Show.

But before he became an actor, he was first and foremost, a Lion—a Dulaney High School Lion to be exact.

Kilner graduated from the Timonium high school in 1976. He went on to Johns Hopkins University where he played midfield for the school's lacrosse team, which won three national championships between 1978-80, according to his IMDB page

Drama teacher Susan Lev-Tairstein said, “Kevin Kilner provided articulate insights to both the play we will be seeing him perform in “Enemy of the People” and the professional life of an actor.  Insights that can only be gained through 28 years in the performing arts.  It was such a great opportunity for the students, one I hope we can provide more often."
