College Manor Tops Concerns in Lutherville Community Association Newsletter

Residents of Lutherville's historic neighborhood have hired a lawyer to represent their interests against possible expansion at College Manor, according to the local community association's newsletter.

College Manor's rezoning request tops the list of pressing issues featured in the quarterly newsletter.

Community leaders fear that College Manor could densely pack the sweeping property located at 300 W. Seminary Ave. with more than 200 apartment units, under the rezoning request.

College Manor is located in the heart of a Baltimore County Historic District and a National Register Historic District.

The newsletter states that College Manor representatives have been unresponsive to the community's calls for a meeting to discuss plans. However, a high-ranking facility director did respond to the community association's email thread focused on College Manor construction.
